El café es de los más ricos que he tomado en Neuquén, realmente no hace falta ponerle azúcar ya que destaca la dulzura natural. El precio un poco más elevado se entiende en este aspecto ya que debe ser un grano de mayor calidad. La pastelería no me gustó mucho, tanto croissant como medialunas estaban un poco secos para mi gusto. La diferencia entre capuchino y latte es casi nula. La arquitectura del lugar tiende a industral, pero con pocos detalles, da aspecto a sin terminar pero tiene su atractivo. Siento que el espacio está mal aprovechado, el lugar es mucho más grande de lo que parece y nadie entra hasta el fondo donde el lugar se destaca más. Los baños no tienen atractivo alguno, pero están limpios. En resumen el lugar no está mal, muy buen café, aunque podrían mejorar en ciertos detalles. El café no sale frío como leí en otras críticas, sale a la temperatura ideal, pero hay gente a la que le puede parecer frío y eso debería aclararse. Ya tienen la parte de café, les falta comunicar bien la ciencia.

2 Australian's opinion: Best coffee in town if not the best in Argentina. We absolutely loves their flat white. Cheese cake was delicious too. Price for Neuquen standard could be a bit expensive, but for a good cup of REAL coffee and excellent service, they deserve it! Owner is a very lovely guy, gave us a lot of local attraction ideal, this cafe shop changed our opinion of Neuquen, from boring city to warm friendly homey feeling destination :)

Review for gringos. This is the only place in neuquen where you will find USA level of service, quality, and cleanliness. Coffee is good and so is the food. Also have non dairy milk options for those that want it. Most all other cafés serve Cafe torrado BS. I recommend café Con Ciencia

Fuimos con mi mamá a tomar un café, y nos atendió Jonas, un amor!!! Súper atento. Comimos un toston con humus y cherry confitado, que no llegó a la foto!! Muy rico
